In July and October 1997, the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) published lists of accounts, which were opened at Swiss banks before 9 May, 1945 and have remained dormant ever since. The lists contain 5,570 names of non-Swiss citizens with a total balance of CHF 67 million.
